February 16, 2012 at 3:02 pm
Plaid makes me smile!
Love all of this. My girlfriend works over at Ralph Lauren, I’m going to send her a note to congratulate her on this fantastic collection!

February 16, 2012 at 3:07 pm
I LOVE this coat!! And dream of the day I am thin enough to tuck a sweater into trousers…

Really really great mixed.
Leopard goes great with the aztec.
Looks so casual…
February 16, 2012 at 3:17 pm
According to me, this collection seems to be for a young in love woman.
February 16, 2012 at 3:22 pm
love love it!!
watch my blog a byte of fashion
Love the print clash! It works!
February 16, 2012 at 3:24 pm
Lovin’ the looks with the ladylike fur mixed with the masculine sweaters/trousers – great contrast. Overall, a stellar collection.
February 16, 2012 at 3:31 pm
Elegant as always.
February 16, 2012 at 3:46 pm
ADORE the daywear!!! All those killer tweeds, fair isles, loose pants, it is the best! Now can I marry that last single Lauren son so I can afford ‘em?
Very elegant… I like the mixes of textures.
February 16, 2012 at 3:50 pm
The leopard thrown over all those traditional British prints/fabrics. Perfection.
February 16, 2012 at 3:56 pm
This is what I mean? RL always brings the heat- Cant wait to handmake neckwear reflective of this movement….
February 16, 2012 at 3:59 pm
Oe, I like it! So classy!
February 16, 2012 at 4:06 pm
How is it that animal print and stripes can look so good together??
February 16, 2012 at 4:17 pm
the jacket would look more important alone…..don’t care for the styling!
February 16, 2012 at 4:20 pm
In this photo you captured a most uninterested audience
February 16, 2012 at 4:29 pm
Gotta love RF, pretty sophisticated. Probably he’s time has come to move from NYC to Paris or Milan. He’s too upscale for the US market…
February 16, 2012 at 4:31 pm
Not only elegant but also interesting the mixture of textures that is simply superb.
February 16, 2012 at 4:33 pm
I am very impressed by this season’s collection! Scared at first because of how masculine the outfits looked, but the styling and silhouettes push the designs into the perfect realm of stylish, wearable and sexy.
February 16, 2012 at 4:37 pm
These fabrics are amazing

J’aime those sweaters, so retro chic! Especially when tucked in the trousers… adorable!
Less pleased with leopard print, though, to me it doesn’t add anything to the look. If they wanted to play with different patterns, why not combine other great patterns with the winterpattern sweaters… Little too cliché for my taste. But other than that, looks like a great collection, with ofcourse those coats…!
February 16, 2012 at 4:51 pm
Love the sweater an the pants!
February 16, 2012 at 5:03 pm
It’s brilliant!! the perfect mix of elegant + casual and I love the coats.
February 16, 2012 at 5:10 pm
is it just me or the firsts pictures remind of Sherlock Holmes? anyway, i would not mind some of those sweaters for my closet!
February 16, 2012 at 5:25 pm
So cool! Looks like inside of my grandparents’ wardrobe:-) Love it

All that leopard skin has put Dylan’s “Leopard-skin Pill-box Hat” in my inner soundtrack…which is nice.
February 16, 2012 at 6:16 pm
i hate to wear leopard but since im blogging i really love this print especially when i see it on the great designers shows.
February 16, 2012 at 6:22 pm

February 16, 2012 at 7:50 pm
This show makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, like that leopard print coat.

Ralph Lauren’s designs are always timeless. I admire his incredible integrity of vision. It is rare to post one entry in my blog where I’m not wearing at minimum one piece by him, and it doesn’t matter which line it is from, the quality and the consistency is admirable! His designs embody everything I like about being a woman: classy, elegant, timeless….
I have things that are over 20 years old and people still stop me to ask where can they get them. I simply adore everything he does! If you enjoy his style, you may enjoy my blog too, so take a look if you’d like :D

Sigh what a gorgeous outfit.
Is it sad that i’m wishing for fall even before spring has come?
February 17, 2012 at 12:23 am
It’s like Bertie Wooster at the country house, in the best possible way. This makes me actually like Ralph Lauren…
February 17, 2012 at 4:25 am
We’ve seen it a hundred times – and it’s still boring, because RL can’t do anything else.

So very seventies. I had bags and striped vests like that in Grade 5. I love it. I hope the ocelot isn’t real tho’.
February 17, 2012 at 8:45 am
Some nice pieces but haven’t we see this from him the last sev……….zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
February 17, 2012 at 11:09 am
Great!..Love the leopard!
February 17, 2012 at 12:37 pm
In almost every shot, there’s at least one person staring at what I’m guessing are the model’s shoes? I’m intrigued!!!
February 17, 2012 at 2:27 pm
Reminds me of the sweaters I had in the early 90s. Recycle, reuse…
February 17, 2012 at 6:32 pm
Great if you’re going to a costume party and wanna dress like Annie Hall.
February 17, 2012 at 10:35 pm
I NEED this jacket. I will give up lunch for a year to afford it. Insane, lustful NEED!
February 18, 2012 at 12:26 am
The sportswear pieces are a little disapointing. I more or less already own that hat, tweed jacket and printed sweater. The only thing about this collection that is really interesting to me is the combination of prints… but then again, the only thing truely fresh about that is the leopard with the menswear fabrics. BUT, on the high note, that velvet suit is the perfect suit and I want to own it!
February 18, 2012 at 5:23 pm
So we’re agreed; you can’t wear a Cosby sweater with a leopard-print coat. Scarves, however, are still up in the air.
February 19, 2012 at 8:37 am
quite simple but definitely gives out a very gorgeous impression!!!!
February 19, 2012 at 10:45 am
Ralph found his way so long ago and seems to keep it going????
I remember in the 80′s in the mid west, Kansas to be exact, to score a Ralph was my dream and when I did I felt 10 feet tall!!!!
February 20, 2012 at 4:19 pm
The rich color palette and interesting textures add seductiveness to menswear staples. Albert Nobbs as a fashionista.
February 24, 2012 at 4:32 am
Oh please…. fairisle again??? club collared shirts again???? You can be timeless but Ralph Lauren is just biring season after season….
We all love the Great Gatsby but this is ridiculous… sorry!!!
We need some new blood injection!!!!

Greetings Fashion Lovers. The Ralph Lauren Fall 2012 Collection is both disgusting and delightful. The horrible replusive use of animal fur and skin makes me want to throw up. Thank you. The other fashion elements were not surprising and some what a rehash of his 2011 menswear collection for men..OMGoddess. But I love the retro and vintage plaids, pinstripes, hats and well…the pop jewel colors were fabo.

RL always intrigues me. Working inside a box and remaining refreshing is a unique and timeless effect. Love it.
