Very interesting, creative mind..

Is that a leather jacket with a leather scarf? Is it attached? Interesting look, no matter what!

The first thing I thought of was The Capitol in Hunger Games.

I don’t know if i like the cut of the pants. The long zipper and the high waist seem a little too feminine, and I’m all about androgyny. The jackets and shirts have crazy silhouettes, though!

I love the grey one with the weird hood !!!
Beautiful pictures, as usual !

Leather scarf seems painted by Tamara de Lempicka
January 25, 2012 at 4:16 am
For me the grey jacket, please :)
January 25, 2012 at 4:57 am
would not want to see that look on any men… especially, the leather one. It looks like a giant women’s boot sticking out of his neck… sorry!
January 25, 2012 at 5:15 am
Love these edgy looks!
January 25, 2012 at 5:39 am
I really love this, but I just can’t imagine anyone wearing it in public! But this is the world of the unexpected, I guess anything can happen!

Unique collection. Beautiful !

Why are male fashions borrowing so much from female fashion? It doesn’t work that way around.
January 25, 2012 at 10:54 am
It would stand to reason that only a creative mind like Rick Owens would stand firm (literally) with a heavy leather ‘scarf’/'shawl’… His forms continue to amaze me…
January 25, 2012 at 1:44 pm
Obviously a spoof.
January 25, 2012 at 6:58 pm
If only guys actually dressed like this
January 26, 2012 at 1:52 pm
One of my favorite designers, hands down. He does leather better than anyone else.
January 26, 2012 at 4:33 pm
It’s very modern, but very feminine. I am from the old school where men should look like men. “Pretty” should be reserved for women.
January 26, 2012 at 7:29 pm
regardless of what i said above, I do look forward to seeing you capturing someone who makes that black leather jacket work on the street…
I remember I hated the print with the oranges(?)/fruit some time ago, until you showed that picture with the girl in a that skirt with the salmon colored sweater… I still hate the print but that outfit was brilliant.
January 27, 2012 at 7:01 am
I’ve always loved Rick Owens. This just reinforces that.

History of leather is acquainted as the ancient people used to wrap themselves with animals skin to stay warm in winters. But leather jackets came to in styling outfits in 1900’s when aviators and military person started wearing brown leather jackets.
