Its that print that’s pulling me in the oversized look suits her so well and those trousers are just wow, she’s stunning. If you get a chance do check out my blog, I have interesting fashion posts you might love to read.
Wonderful picture. Wonderful outfit (the colours of the dress, the spectacular boots, the glasses and the white skin) against the ivory wall with the flower that matches the print of the dress. I love this dreamy scene.
Greeting from Amsterdam.
Amusing use of this fly fisherman’s pattern, but the whole outfit seems to be gathering around the knees – because of the angle of shot, perhaps? And the boots, which look very expensive, are grotesque.
The shirt looks great on her & the fishing-lure print is humorous without being jokey, which is a tough balance to pull off. But from the hem of the shirt down, something is just off.
wow, what a special picture and gorgeous light, the girl looks so elegant yet somehow as from a different planet, love how this cute hearts print contrasts to her tougher boots. http://www.aloveisblind.tumblr.com
This outfit is killer… she’s a ‘fly on the wall’ (too easy). When we were at our cottage in northern WI this summer my sister’s boyfriend complained that, ever since the surge of feathers in young girls’ and women’s hair, his tie-on flies for fishing had become much more expensive. Perhaps if it was fly ensembles and not accessories he might catch a break!
Shoes are Rick Owens. It is an unlikely combo with the Giles Deacon dress. At first, the conceptual darkness of Rick Owens seems to clash with the happy-bright colour and patterning of the dress. But it is such an interesting concoction held together by the sunglasses. Works very well, but takes the eyes a minute to process. Even more of a headturner then maybe…
