It is the ideal showcase for the glasses, and yet it is also an antidote to those who can sometimes take fashion too seriously. Brilliant! I laughed out loud. A sunnily sly comment on the current Manhattan fashion accessory de rigueur: the baby in the Bjorn.

The necklace is smart because it’s truly 3-dimensional, which, sitting on top of the trompe l’oeil image of the baby, makes the piece of jewelry more ‘real’ than the baby.

so awesome. i was just considering trompe l’oeil as a possible fashion trend the other day (don’t ask me where that came from). and the necklace is a smart accessory. whoever said they’d cross the street to avoid him- who could be scared of a man with such a sense of humor and coy grin?? one certainly couldn’t have a normal day wearing something like this.

This is what new york fashion is all about. Induvidual style, and humor with such a creative edge. This young man doesn’t have to speak a word about his ideas and viewpoints. He gets it and ignores it at the same time. He needs to be at some of these boring dreadful magazines that could use a fresh approach
