She makes a raincoat ensemble look so heavenly.
November 23, 2011 at 3:32 pm
My gosh, she looks so cool, I love how the dress is flowing. It feels so pretty and the raincoat? I love it. WOW, there is more to this photo than what we see, it’s perfect. I would love it if you checked out my blog, I have interesting fashion posts you might love to read.

I don’t totally understand what is going on here… but I like it.
November 23, 2011 at 3:56 pm
Very cool layering.
November 23, 2011 at 4:02 pm
Oh my god. This photo is amazing.
It tells a whole story about a princess, who wanted to become a painter…
One of my all times favorites!
November 23, 2011 at 4:08 pm
The cartoon-style print along the bottom of the skirt is such a great detail! The rain poncho really draws out the color. (Heh heh, pun intended ;D)
November 23, 2011 at 4:20 pm
Is that a megaphone or a coffee jug?
I like the layers, nice.
November 23, 2011 at 4:23 pm
London wouldn’t be London without rain
November 23, 2011 at 4:24 pm
Love the red jacket!
November 23, 2011 at 4:27 pm

This photo is fucking crazy!
November 23, 2011 at 4:37 pm
Un beso .
I love the details at the end of her dress and how it billows!
November 23, 2011 at 4:40 pm
Absolutely love this shot! You’ve outdone yourself with this one.
November 23, 2011 at 4:57 pm
this shot is just brilliant, loving everything here, the flowing skirt and that red rain coat. it’s like there is a story there
November 23, 2011 at 5:07 pm
November 23, 2011 at 5:14 pm
A modern-day Little Red Riding hood! Love the sheer coat with that long flowy skirt….
November 23, 2011 at 5:18 pm
The dress looks alive, great picture
November 23, 2011 at 5:29 pm
This is so beautiful! Her dress flows in the most whimsical way. And I love the little details and pops of colour.
November 23, 2011 at 5:38 pm
oh! this shot is so dream-like, so inspiring! great, great photo…
congrats from Spain!!!
November 23, 2011 at 5:46 pm
there is something very childish about this shot…
is it the cartoons? or the red rain coat?
November 23, 2011 at 5:50 pm
This is wonderful, love the motion! But, at what time of the year does this look belong to?
November 23, 2011 at 6:02 pm
this is little red ridinghood!
November 23, 2011 at 6:05 pm
Wow, what a dramatic look. I love it!
November 23, 2011 at 6:06 pm
Am I nuts or does the raincoat totally defeat the purpose given that the white skirt is dragging on the wet ground? Fashion need not be practical, but this is just odd. Cool skirt, though — reminds me of a hand-embroidered dish towel (in a good way!).

Don’t Look Now!
November 23, 2011 at 6:42 pm
Huh! Great photo….reminds me of Bladerunner. But cheerful and lite.
November 23, 2011 at 7:06 pm
the raincoat reminds me of blade runner, the snake-woman
November 23, 2011 at 7:20 pm
Little Red….In a Rain Coat..so Cool. Love it

November 23, 2011 at 7:32 pm
Fab! It is nice to see an image that feels more natural than model and more put together than purchased together. The rich, the famous and the beautiful get a little monotonous. That bag all taped up looks like an abstract painting. Thanks for a touch of grit. This is perfectly lovely.
November 23, 2011 at 7:59 pm
So impractical. So beautiful.
November 23, 2011 at 8:03 pm
I love how cool this photo looks! Even if I’m not particularly a fan of the pattern – the swish of her skirts were perfectly captured.
November 23, 2011 at 8:16 pm
Intriguing…this picture makes you want to run ahead of her to see what the outfit looks like in front. GREAT PICTURE!!
November 23, 2011 at 8:38 pm
Awesome raincoat! Love love love the pop colour!
November 23, 2011 at 8:48 pm
This image is fantastic…It looks like a story. The Little Red Riding Hood and the wolf. The dress flying and red cape are very beautiful. We loved it.
November 23, 2011 at 8:49 pm
She looks so quirky and fun, and simultaneously so cool and chic. I don’t know how it’s possible, but this photo proves it is. Also I want that cape!
November 23, 2011 at 9:03 pm
November 23, 2011 at 9:04 pm
Ah I love this. That skirt is gorgeous and it’s great with the red rain cape (: She looks like little red riding hood all grown up.
November 23, 2011 at 9:09 pm
she is from another movie!
November 23, 2011 at 9:35 pm
Wow! this is so fascinating and wonderful! I love how quirky yet graceful this combo is! I’ve been curious for a while, do you always ask permission before you use your photos? They are often so candid it makes me wonder if you don’t need to…
November 23, 2011 at 10:34 pm
The hand painted skirt is lovely and the photo, is wonderful…
The proportions and lighting on the photo are very well done..

“Train in Vain”: Punk grooves with disco.
_Black Market Clash_: Punk skanks with reggae.
This outfit: Ballgown skirt meets dimestore raincoat & Sharpies.

November 24, 2011 at 2:57 am

Would love to see this lady from the front!
November 24, 2011 at 11:22 am
Thank you, Scott, on this Thanksgiving Day for the wonderful images that warm our hearts and make us think.! A wonderful day and a wish for the same for the coming years to you and your family and all who stop here.
That image of the lovely woman in her special gown conjures up so many thoughts–including sadness. What emergency or circumstances could have caused her to venture out in the rain and city soils? I want to set her in a protective bubble and carry her pristine to her destination. I want to give her a new bag without reflective or duct tape holding it together. Some day.
November 24, 2011 at 11:36 am
I love how the bright color of the cape contrasts so dramatically with the pale pink dress.
I’m loving too the way the light makes the leather cape glisten
and the flowing dress look so softly muted. Very well done
lovely fashion photography. Kudos!!!
Great shot of London UK
PS a woman friend was fashion photographer. Curious what
her thoughts, opinion is.
November 24, 2011 at 11:41 am
Originality always shines through. I love this way of wearing transparent capes.
November 24, 2011 at 11:46 am
That skirt is amazing, and I love the movement in this photo!
November 24, 2011 at 11:48 am
Red ridding hood comes to the street =)
November 24, 2011 at 1:09 pm
i’m loving the contrast!
November 24, 2011 at 2:08 pm
Ahhh….the movement is lovely. Great photo and red is my favorite color. I never think of London as particularly fashionable, the females are not that feminine-looking like the French or Italians, but today you’ve changed my mind. Although, I bet she is NOT English.
November 24, 2011 at 2:14 pm
Amazing photo! The colors, composition, and the way the dress hem just floats. What an interesting outfit with such lovely colors. The peach and red are marvelous together. That beat up suit case is wonderful too.
November 24, 2011 at 2:46 pm
I cant believe how awesome it looks!!!!!
November 24, 2011 at 2:51 pm
How does she keep her skirt of the ground? I cannot stop thinking about it while looking at the photo…

November 25, 2011 at 8:23 pm
I love the train with motifs-seems slightly bridal, and the rain cape-a little bit fairytale ,so whats she doing with the luggage.?A composite of beautiful attire ,whimsical and idiosyncratic

A great look for a rainy day!
November 28, 2011 at 10:02 am
The shot is great and captures the moment with the flowing dress, the air and movement so perfectly.
The outfit now is another story, I don’t get it either, looks romantic but then there is this cape… so, humm, I’ll stick to the beautifully flowing garments.
Kisses from Greece!
November 28, 2011 at 1:33 pm
There’s something about the coat that stands out for me and the way her dress or skirts flows underneath it.
November 29, 2011 at 1:50 am
Even though this is such an “out there” look it is soo chic! The combination of fabrics and color are absolutely stunning!
November 29, 2011 at 2:48 am
The picture is great but the outfit is a bit too original for my taste
November 29, 2011 at 3:17 am
Super bohemian. I wonder if it was raining that time though. Anyway. I love the way she styles that red cany transparent raincoat…wait is that a Thierry Mugler design???
November 29, 2011 at 7:03 am
Wow…loving her and the way you caught her.
