Now we’re talking!! Finally, a beautiful mature woman, exquisitely dressed and full of life. The caftan and cross are to die for. I bet she has a million great stories to tell.
why do ‘fashionable’ older ladies always seem to be wearing caftans? I think she looks great, and I do love her smile. But style-wise, it is certainly not a look I aspire to as I get older!
I ADORE this! Her accessories are perfectly oversized, the mix of animal prints, and her smile is infectious!
I wish there were more like this lovely lady
If I attempt to describe her outfit and her jewelry only with words it will not work. It will sound so kitschy and even trashy, BUT she makes it look so effortlessly chic, so elegant. This is simply phenomenal.
She was the muse of the painter Renato Guttuso. The above link is to a Helmut Newton photograph of the Countess in her garden, posing along side a Guttoso portrait she inspired.
WOW is my first reaction – what an amazing woman, then yeah, actually, her style isn’t to my taste. But she makes it look astounding. She would look good in a bin bag…
Why wasn’t I invited to that party? The countesses’ countinence is spectacular! She “fills a room” in that wonderful way with her fabulous smile, happy eyes, sparkling warm persona and masterful style. Absolutely love every single thing about her ensemble. Brilliant, and beautiful.
I am always and ever available for chats parties, lunches, dinners, teas , balls, fashion shows, shopping , passagiata with the Countess. What a sparkling, fun companion she would be for any of the above!
Marcel thank you for that link! Her face and smile hint at the life she has and is leading but you gave us a peek. She has many more such stories and secrets too I am sure! Beautiful woman and beautiful photo.
A beautiful, sensuous woman. She looks like she would be fun and interesting to get to know. That she would have more than a few stories to tell and that she radiates her own confident style. The best accessory of all is her genuine smile.
Well, she looks just sensational but also looks like she knows how to laugh and enjoy life. Can we BAN the word ‘mature’ – it is so ghastly!!! In no way does it describle this lady either! x
