Wow. Unbelievably inspiring and creative. A leather jacket UNDER a satin, Chinatown dragon robe??? Too kewl for this schoolgirl…!!!
October 21, 2011 at 10:08 am
Wow, whenever I see boots worn like that I can’t help but be reminded that the first real city girls, the ‘flappers’ of the 1920′s got that name for wearing their galoshes like this–so cool to see it revived!
October 21, 2011 at 10:21 am
Wow, this is a very unusual combination of styles that all come together for a fantastic rock’n'roll look!
October 21, 2011 at 10:29 am

October 21, 2011 at 12:47 pm
it’s just amazing!
October 21, 2011 at 12:56 pm
she had me until the boots. i like the idea of them but these are too literal an interpretation of what they are while all of the other pieces are somehow slightly just left of center of what they are the oversized dressing gown, the mini perfecto jacket, the variation on a men’s 1920s swimsuit…..nonetheless….she does look great.
October 21, 2011 at 1:08 pm

That is a great picture. She looks like a punk Kabuki performer. Half of it is her stance and half of it is the combination of clothes themselves. Love it!

I had a black satin dragon kimono and was always waiting for the perfect moment to wear it — finally gave it away out of frustration. So this pix is ENLIGHTENMENT. You just put it on, over a leather jacket even, and WEAR it….
