There is too much stuff on the lower part of her.The boots look heavy on this petite girl. Also the bag could be smaller. These two changes and she would look well balanced!
however i will say i’m starting to get black tights + black booties fatigue! it’s carried over from last fall/winter, i think it has become a uniform. i know there’s other ways to be stylish that involve mixing up both the top and bottom of oneself! not that i think it’s a bad look, i’m just starting to think that 70% of women have permanently attached these items to their legs and feet (perhaps the newest plastic surgery trend?)
let me restate that this has nothing to do which the lovely woman in the photo.
SART….isn’t this Miss Scandal from this summer????? I am dying…she looks GREAT!!!!! I almost did not recognize her with out the camera and her hair up!!
I have to agree with the two earlier anonymous posts. I think the clothes and boots are a touch too big. Improving her posture and a touch of lipstick would bring kick it up.
fabulous outfit and i actually really like the contrast between her small size and the bagginess of her clothes…i just wish she would stand tall since she looks great!

I dunno, the overall impression I get from her look is “all my clothes are too big for me.”

I like how it’s light in the top and gets heavier as the eye moves down. A simple outfit that has a lot going for it.

Love the boots.
No matter what the current vote of the day, I still think all black is very dramatic – she looks great.
