I am so interested in your photos… they are… so magical!
Come on look at that guy.. amazing. Just you know how to take a good look in the perfect moment!
Well, it’s a look, I’ll give him that. But why people are praising this is beyond me. He looks like every other hipster in every other hipster club in every other city. Looks like Joaquin Phoenix at his supposed rock bottom. Great picture – terrible look. My 2 cents.
He has great hair (on top – dislike the beard immensely).
He is wearing nice sunglasses.
It’s a nice shirt he’s wearing.
But I fail to see what makes him worthy of The Sartorialist … and this, coming from someone who appreciates various styles, even if I don’t always like them personally … but seriously, what made him worthy?
I want to give him a big hug!!! he looks so cuddly! I like his sunglasses. What are they? I have been looking for glasses that are regular looking like that.
So nice to see a male chest (in a fashion context) that hasn’t been waxed, trimmed, or otherwise fussed with. And the Mid-South beard-rock look is working for him nicely, thank you very much.
What’ts up with all those guys with big hair, and big beard, and chest hair showing at the same time? Too much hair for me. Sophistication does not lie that much in the wildnerness.
A little bit of old fashioned Italian grooming never hurt anyone ;-)
Please Scott share with us pics of those amazing guys in suits and lovely shoes, pleeeeez!
I love that he is just embracing being a bearded man with a lot of hair like…all over the place.
And still it doesn’t look scruffy at all, at least not to me. Maybe because my partner has a much more polished look and can’t grow a beard for his life, I’m always a little intrigued by these kind of rough-around-the-edges of guys.
But in the end of the day I’d always prefer my non-bearded man :-)
Oh geez, he is gorgeous and so sexy–hairy, earthy but warm in features and expression. Agree –so great to find someone unwaxed and not over-groomed. Do people really want to spend so much time doing unnecessary things? Think of the free time, more productive time, or the useful time to contribute to the world’s needs if this wasn’t overdone.
Must’ve been edited out of the cover shot for the Kings of Leon “Come Around Sundown” cover. Great shot. I like the brown and tan mingled with the yellow of the sunlight. This guy’s striking.
I’m glad to see someone, I’m presuming a student at a University. Lots of interesting style choices are happening around the world in colleges and universities. Nice to see someone who doesn’t look primped.
I look like this often. And people just think I look horrible. Only in Milan and at fashion week and on the sartorialist and commented on by you and then by me. I hope you fashion people understand this simple sentence. LOL
I also have beard, and I’m proud to have it, but not of this size… too primitive. I don’t like his t’shirt (mainly because of the color, it dies on him) and the sunnies (to dark). But the hair looks great and you can see that he has a cool attitude…
it´s amazing to see a man who is so perfectly natural and keeps being so attractive. Seriously the photo is perfect, but it wouldn’t work without his casual style. the light, the surrounding… you can’t imagine this, like different pieces that aren’t linked together. This photo reminds me why I love your blog and why I am your fan

Not quite sure what it is, but I’m oddly attracted to this photo. There’s just something about it. Long lost Italian Sheepdog? Perhaps. If he has a voice like Ewan’s, oh goodness.
