His name is Roddy Caravella.
He’s a great dancer and one of the best purveyors of vintage clothes, decor, cars, lifestyles I’ve ever met.

This guy isnt wearing a 'costume' or playing 'dress up'. Clearly he is a fan of the era and wears this on a regular basis. If youve ever been to london, there is a massive vintage fan-base, and so many of them pull it off without being costumey. Theres loads of clubs to go to, so many that you could visit one for every night almost.
My wife and I collect and make our own clothing from vintage patterns. I wear the same high waisted trousers (from a 1954 pattern) with t-shirts all the time and it never looks wrong.
