OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH MMMMMYYYYYYY GODDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE SECOND PHOTO IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING MR. SCOTT!!!! YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO CAPTURE BEAUTIFUL COLORS!!!!!!!!!! WELL DONE!!!!!! (AND I AGREE WITH YOU)
A scarf can definitely add colour to an outfit, particularly for guys where clothes tend to be unconspicous. So opting for an Hermes scarf seems like a great way to jazz up what you're wearing even more so if you're a guy!
That *pop* of color with the contrasting hem (second picture) is marvelous. Yes, more men should wear Hermès scarves. The unstructured knots and unfussy wrapping go a long way to making them casual and sportif.
for 3:38 No, I'm not sure it is hermes but i'm pretty sure that's what Hugh told me. I idea is not hermes but the ability of bold color to lift a look.
An Hermes scarf is the ultimate chic accessory next to the Kelly… and now now just the envy of women around the world. It's fantastic to see that these men are not afraid to accessorize, the chain in image 1 and rings in image 2 are also amazing.
I don´t know how you do it, but your vision from these people at the street, make them so special, the objects come after! you are such an artist!!!! congratulations!
Yes yes yes! I am obsessed with Hermes scarfs. The perfect pop of color. I especially love them on men. I feel like not enough men utilize small colorful elements like a silk scarf. It has the added effect of making men look more masculine.
wow, the second photo is a true work of art. I absolutely love it. A scarf and hoodie with jacket? awesome for portrait, really weird for real life. the guy in top photo is perfectly dressed
beautiful shots! i recently praised my hermes scarf on my blog – they really are pieces of art and add such beautiful color to any look. clearly your pictures capture this perfectly.
I think the Hermes scarf on that gentleman from the first photograph looks too caculated. The contrast of texture, the feminin / masucline aspect does not work well here. Now the second photograph tells a different story. The casualness of how the scarf is worn within the overall colour sheme pares down the feminin aspect such a scarf has. Leaving enough room for a twist to bring the look of this gentleman to a more interresting level.
I just wanted to thank you for exposing me to the Bill Cunningham film. I remember seeing a photo of him on your blog. I just caught the movie tonight in Los Angeles. What an inspiration, beyond fashion, but as a human being.

Haha, I met the last guy in a bar in milano – I didn't figure out what he was doing or who he is even tho we talked for 1 hour. But I also took a picture=)

now that's what i call contemporary! (not the pseudo-conservative (berlusconi) style you see on so many men from Italy on this blog.) a splash of color in the cute way.
Dashing men. I wish more men in NYC would tuck in their shirts and take off their baseball caps and dress with some thought to elegance. Perhaps they think it's effeminate.:( A pop of color against neutrals is the best.
This is one of your (new?) categories that I just want to say, "More, please." I love how the scarfs flatter these men, closest thing I've seen to how flattering menswear is on women, reversed.
Silk scarves can be gorgeous and these two are some beautiful scarves… problem is when someone wears a scarf like this, it makes me think of (female) flight attendants.
Well, y'all have inspired me to start wearing them again. I wore Hermes and other scarves for quite some years, and even fashioned myself to be a bit of a rogue. However, I let life get me down to where dressing has become a chore and not a celebration.
My muse in mind, I remember that it is spring. Time to renew.
