Interesting combinations. Beautiful heather tweed jacket. Insects appear to be a silk screen overprint. Curious about the unravelled threads and cut off sleeve. (Literally deconstructed???) Nice palette except for backpack… not loving its colour. –JW
at first glance, I agree! …but I think I see a plaid shirt peeking out from under that jacket, which-if it is- thats just one too much for me:| still more daring than I'll ever be and very cool for that alone.
I think I'm spotting a Louis Vuitton scarf and Liberty blazer…just not sure what that knapsack is..hahaha… He looks AMAZING!! And those specs are ROckin'! Great pic, Scott! kisses xoThe Beckerman Girls
That's such a great blazer… Can't tell if it's pre-worn or just plain old haha! And the circle lenses! Can't find a decent pair that a) is worth wearing and b) doesn't make me look like Harry Potter…
THERE IZ AN UNSPOKEN ART TO MIXING PATTERNZ!!! MANY ARE AFRAID TO DO SO, BUT SOMETIMEZ ITZ CALLED FOR. IN THIZ CASE IT WORKZ FOR THE GOOD. I LOVE IT!!!!
Ah, I haven't seen a classic Libertine jacket for awhile. (Makes me regret giving mine away!). He looks like the male version of Dries for fall with the khaki and leopard and bright print of the backpack. Don't often see a man in an animal print (outside of Tarzan movies!).
In my view, that's a bit of an overkill- just too many colors and patterns. But it does emphasize the worry-free attitude the wearer is going for("got up, got dressed, got out")
I feel like this is the "Emperor's New Clothes": you post ANYTHING and we gush 'how beautiful'! Really? The jacket looks ripped to me, not "deconstructed". I'm not seeing it.
Really beautiful except for the backpack.I dont understand why westerners are so affraid of mixing different patterns. I just came back from Africa and it is so common there.they do stunning combinations.is that a Junia's jacket?
Great photo. However, the insects on the jacket are a little much and his pants look poorly tailored. I think he would have been just fine with the denim he has on underneath that jacket.
SEE! to all of those who i have bantered with about matching, here is a plain example of what is possible without way of uprightly "matching" every piece and color to one another. the mixing of patterns are simply a yes.
