This is my favourite so far since your trip down under. Perfect conditions for shooting. The sky, clouds, opera house and its like the sun just lights up her skin too. Bravo!
This pictures really captures Sydney, and it reminds me why I love living here. Thanks for showcasing a rather glamourous, yet relaxed Australia from your trip. I hope you can visit us more frequently.
You’ve really captured the essence of Sydney living in this shot. After another freezing day in Melbourne, it is making me miss the sunshiny afternoons of Sydney’s waterside.
This picture is just divine. Thank you Scott. I know this young lady and I can tell you that she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.
My god, the girl, the Missoni, those legs, those boots, the stunning blue sea and sky and the bricks and the freaking cast iron rail and…. behind it all the opera house like a giant mechanical flower opening up to the sun.
everything about this shoot is just perfect..starting with her; flawless, the lights and compositions of colors are as nostalgic as her looks too; may be a cover for Vogue in the 70s ” the most stylish era as i perceive”
Water in Sydney Harbour in the sun sparkles and shines, flashes of light constantly moving .. I am entranced every time I see it. Surprising then that your shot shows the water as almost flat blue colour. Otherwise you have brilliantly captured the brightness and sunny Sydney afternoon atmosphere. Gorgeous girl and look
it is kate waterhouse and i have to say this would be one of her best pics i have seen her in looks soo good and real.. im sure DJ’S love the photo too…
I keep thinking back to this image, and its because its made me miss Australia. I really don’t think you can find colours like that anywhere else. Also the way you captured her really embodies that particular ease and laid back style prevalent there.
just stunning!! absolutely stunning!! i love the opera house/harbour backdrop! so beautiful! i love the mix of the girly dress and the tough punky shoes. gorgeous! totally inspired me to pull out my missoni top!
I just came across this photo of yours via Style Files. It’s gorgeous! She reminds me of a cross between my mom at that age, and me now (but a little less tall!). I wish I had that dress!
Wow, you've made Sydney look idyllic! Wish it looked like that to me every day… I guess you take for granted what you have right at your feet huh? I do find kate waterhouse a bit hit & miss though…. though she looks great here, and I'm sure she's lovely!
This is 2012 and this outfit still looks current in fashionable. You can’t go wrong with a Missoni dress paired with simple accessories. It is a classic, never dated.
