May 1, 2009 at 10:51 am
I’m uncomfortable with this …… Too much too soon imo…..Kids should be kids. This ‘image perfection’ at such a young age disturbs me a little bit. Maybe I’m reading too much into this .
January 22, 2013 at 4:12 pm
Hi! I believe you should look from another perspective. Let me give you my honest opinion:
The clothes are for dress in way that you can express yourself. Almost everything has changed and the kids perspective too I feel bad sometimes about that But they don’t So I’ve chose not fight against the beauty of this new process. Xxx Daniela-Brasil.

May 1, 2009 at 6:29 pm
Love this. So. Much.
And for those worrying about this little dude not getting a chance to be a kid…
Well… he looks pretty darn happy to me without Ben 10 get up or a hint of Batman in sight.
Who knows? He may wear Batman PJ’s to bed, or get around at home in a Ben 10 Tee.
All I know is that is one darn, happy, kid who looks happier than ever.
Love every little bit. So much fun. x
May 1, 2009 at 6:31 pm
are you kidding me…he’s amazing!!
May 1, 2009 at 6:37 pm
So young yet already knows that nautical is in :) absolutely adorable :)
May 1, 2009 at 7:39 pm
In my experience kids, even when they’re only 3 or 4, can have quite strong opinions about clothes. They wear what they want to wear, or at least refuse to leave the house if they don’t like what you’ve put them in! So while he undoubtedly has stylish parents, it also looks like he loves what he’s wearing. He doesn’t look like a kid forced into an uncomfortable, formal little suit that he hates. Probably refuses to take off the hat, wants to wear it in bed, that sort of thing. Don’t underestimate them.
May 1, 2009 at 8:11 pm
he emulates the look of what sydney kids should be!!!! Sophisticated and polite but super fun and cruisy! He’ll grow up to be a real heartbreaker!

May 4, 2009 at 4:15 pm
The cool thing about this kid’s clothing is that it fits seamlessly with his rogueish punk smile and eyes. It doesn’t work to just dress kids in an outfit that “works” if it doesn’t express *them*. Whoever dresses this kid did a good job of finding a look that melds with the spirit of the child.
May 4, 2009 at 4:47 pm
It’s so great that picture!!!!!! I want he to marry the little girl in Chanel in Paris!!!

HAHAHA in 15 years this kid is going to be bragging “oh, yes, i made my sartorialist debut when i was 5, no big deal”
May 4, 2009 at 11:23 pm
really cute, but kinda freaky, since it looks more like something an adult would wear.. lol.
May 4, 2009 at 11:33 pm
May 5, 2009 at 12:00 am
This little person looks so cool and comfortable being him. His little personality shines in this look and that’s what fashion is all about – self expression.
May 5, 2009 at 12:13 am
my jaw just dropped.awh cuute kid.

that is one stylish kid! too cute for words.
May 5, 2009 at 3:35 am
This kid is so freaking adorable! Are all the children in Sydney, Australia like this because I would not doubt it. I wonder if this child picks out his own clothes or if his mom or dad makes him look so dashing. I would like to think this little boy is that talented but I honestly do not know. But even if he does not pick out his own wardrobe he sure knows how to work it! He is like a mini adult, that I just want to steal. I bet his parents are really creative and their talent just rubs of onto him or he got some very fashionable genetics.I saw a picture of another kid who dresses himself with incredible style and his mother or father is one of the creators of the AMC television show Mad Men and he would were a lot of his fathers hats and bags and ties.I love that kids these days are experimenting with clothing and pulling it off and not being afraid of what the other kids will say.I hope my children are half as stylish as this kid.
May 5, 2009 at 3:51 am
I can only dream of one day having a kid that cool! Awesome.
May 5, 2009 at 4:36 am
Wooww, how adorable! I just want to squeeze him! Such an inspiration..
May 5, 2009 at 6:56 am
one word. swagger.
May 5, 2009 at 7:06 am
I prefer children to look less contrived – sorry but I find this horrible (absolutely no reflection on the little boy – i just wish he looked like a little boy rather than a miniature version of the lead singer of Razorlight)
May 5, 2009 at 8:29 am
he’s sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute!
May 5, 2009 at 9:03 am
His name is Iggy, he’s nearly three and he says thanks for all the cool comments. Except maybe for the Wes Carr one :) I promise his jeans are stretchy and he can definitely be a kid in them (to everyone asking where to get them from, try the girls departments, even Target makes girls skinnies) and he definitely rocks batman PJs at bedtime. And check out our kids fashion mag Shop 4 Kids for more style inspiration in miniature x
May 5, 2009 at 9:17 am

a true heartbreaker : )
May 5, 2009 at 5:07 pm
THIS IS AMAZING!
May 5, 2009 at 6:28 pm
Is this your best photo of a child yet? The only other kid photo that comes close is the one of Warren Ellis and his kids, which I liked for entirely different reasons. They looked demonic, like the vampire in Let the Right One In. This little one, however, is just cute cute cute. Get this kid an agent!
May 5, 2009 at 6:58 pm
way too cool! haha this kid rocks!
May 6, 2009 at 1:18 am
This is actually unreal. He is easily better dressed than 98% men, let alone kids out there.
Beautiful photo as well, but better kid.
May 6, 2009 at 1:31 am
it’s not just his clothesthe stance and the cheeky look in his eyes, as well as the hands on hips create the illusion of him being a LOT olderthis is fantastic
May 7, 2009 at 9:42 am
awww! absolutely gorgeous!!!!!
May 7, 2009 at 11:24 am
May 7, 2009 at 12:09 pm
He’s very cute I’ll give you that, altough I find that hat too rural for my taste. On the other hand he seems very confortable but I’m just thinking about those slim legs trousers. Are they the most suitable for a young kid? I’m sure the parents can find something more loose and yet still “façonable”.
